DHM Detox

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where does Dihydromyricetin come from?

A: Dihydromyricetin is a natural extract that comes from Hovenia dulcis and Ampelopsis grossedentata, two plants that grow exclusively in Asia.

Q: How much DHM should I take and when should I take it?

A: DHM can be taken before, during or right after drinking as it helps breakdown the toxic by-products of alcohol. It does not work if taken the next morning. We recommended taking one (1) capsule for up to every five (5) drinks consumed. It's most effective if taken after having a few drinks.

Q: Is DHM a 100% cure?

A: DHM is formulated to reduce your hangover symptoms and aid your liver. It targets the 3 key phases of a hangover: nausea, brain fog/headaches and dehydration/replenishment of nutrients; however, it does not replace water and sleep, so please make sure you drink enough water to replace what your body has lost, and get a good night's rest in order to feel your best. Excessive drinking or alcohol abuse is not recommended, as there are inherent risks with drinking including liver damage. DHM Destroy Hungover Mornings does not reduce intoxication nor increase sobriety. Always drink lawfully and responsibly, and do not drink and drive.
